What is your warranty policy?

Enjoy 2 years in-house warranty and free delivery for all LUNA Office & Gaming PCs.

Your order purchase is covered by LUNA IT SOLUTIONS’ Warranty Terms and Conditions.

To make a warranty claim, you must first contact us to report the problem you are experiencing. Upon agreement, you can return your item to us for warranty repair or replacement. If the item is Dead on Arrival (meaning faulty out of the box upon delivery), please inform us within 7 days of receipt.

How long will it take to receive my order?

🏡 Order before 1 PM today and receive it the next day, delivered right to your doorstep.

Self-collection is available, please notify our team to arrange for pick-up date and time.

We do our best to process and dispatch all orders ASAP. All our PCs go through strict protocols on assembly, setup and burn in testing.

What are your opening hours?

We operate from Mondays to Fridays, 9AM – 6PM!
Closed on Sat, Sun, & PH.
Nevertheless, we do our best to answer email inquiries after hours and on weekends.

Do you repair Desktop PCs?

Yes we do! Whether you purchased your computer originally from us or not, WhatsApp us at (65) 89259758 or simply give us a call for a quote.

Can I visit your shop?

If you require repair services or need to pickup your order, kindly book an appointment or WhatsApp us in advance.

What payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, VISA, Master, Grab PayLater, ShopeePay, AliPay, PayNow and Bank Transfer.

Do you accept trade-in?

No. Sorry. Everything we sell is 100% brand new and we do not deal in used goods at all.

Our team carefully selects our hardware from the world’s leading manufacturers, including but not limited to Asus, MSI, Intel, Gigabyte, AMD, Corsair, Kingston, NZXT, Samsung and many more.

For custom builts, we accommodate to the best of our ability all requests from customers made pre-purchase.
